Export service

Holland Bus Trading supports international customers with the export and delivery of coaches and minibuses within and outside Europe. Thanks to our experience in international trade, we guide the entire process concerning documents, registration, and delivery, ensuring a smooth and correct export process.

We support customers from the moment of purchase until delivery in the destination country. This includes arranging export registration, export license plates, temporary insurance, and, if desired, transport of the vehicle.

Export registration (RDW)

We provide the official RDW export registration of the vehicle. This will unsubscribe the vehicle for use in the Netherlands and you will receive the necessary export documents to register the vehicle in the destination country.

Export license plate & insurance

We provide export license plates especially for coaches, including temporary insurance so that the vehicle can drive to the destination country insured and legally.The insurance via A.S.R. offers 14 days of third party coverage within Europe and takes effect on the agreed commencement date. Arranged within 24 hours on weekdays. Also available for companies that export a vehicle themselves.

General terms and conditions

EUR.1 document

In some cases, an EUR.1 document can be requested for exports outside the European Union. This document can reduce duties in the destination country.

This document is exclusively available for vehicles supplied via Holland Bus Trading and for which the correct supplier documentation is available.

Transport

If desired, we can have the vehicle delivered to the desired destination by a driver. For these deliveries, we use experienced drivers from Ringelberg Tours BV, who are used to driving coaches and buses internationally.
